These terms govern your use of the 24/7 Janitorial Services website and submission of inquiries. The website provides information and a way to discuss potential services. It does not replace a signed service agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain in effect.
Inquiries, walkthroughs and proposals
Submitting a form requests a response; it does not book cleaning, create a service contract or guarantee availability. Any preliminary estimate is subject to an on-site walkthrough and review of all cleaning requirements. Final scope, pricing, scheduling, access arrangements, payment, cancellation and other service obligations must be agreed in the applicable written proposal or service agreement. That agreement controls the services if its terms differ from website information.
Your information and permissions
Provide accurate contact and project information that you are authorized to disclose. Do not submit confidential third-party records, passwords, entry codes or payment details. Form consent allows us to respond about your inquiry and does not authorize unrelated marketing. Our Privacy Notice explains information handling and your choices.
Permitted use and website content
You may use the site for legitimate inquiries, personal or internal business reference, and lawful indexing by search engines. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, submit malicious or deceptive content, or infringe others’ rights. Content, design, branding and other materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law. No permission is granted to commercially redistribute protected materials or use our branding to imply affiliation.
Accuracy, imagery and third-party links
We aim to keep information accurate but may correct errors and update descriptions. Images illustrate cleaning environments and services; they do not guarantee a particular outcome or represent every completed customer project. Linked directories, maps and other websites are operated independently. We do not control their availability, content or privacy practices.
Website availability and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, website information and functionality are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. These provisions apply to website use, not the obligations in a signed cleaning-service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, or any liability or consumer, privacy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No term prevents you from exercising a legally protected remedy.
Applicable law and changes
California law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Where legally permitted, disputes concerning these terms may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in San Francisco, California; mandatory jurisdiction and venue rules control. We encourage you to contact us to resolve concerns, but doing so is not a condition of exercising legal rights.
We post updated terms with a revised effective date. Material changes receive appropriate notice where required. Updates do not retroactively change an existing signed service agreement.
